Position Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS): Infrastructure Management
  • Execute daily performance monitoring of Azure infrastructure including VMs, AVD, and network components
  • Implement and maintain backup strategies ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness
  • Monitor and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
  • Analyze capacity trends and provide optimization recommendations
  • Perform regular patch management and compliance checks
  • 24/7/365 monitoring and incident response
  • VM performance monitoring (CPU, Memory, Disk)
  • Network connectivity and latency management
  • Security alerts and logs monitoring
  • Azure Service Health tracking
