Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Lead the development and ownership of key components within Raya's backend services 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and data scientists, to build user-focused solutions 
Navigate the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using agile methodologies and CI/CD practices 
Prioritize top-tier user experiences through data-driven methodologies and feedback loops 
Ensure all technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and innovative within the tech ecosystem 
 Requirements  6+ years of hands‑on experience in modern software development 
Demonstrated expertise in system design and architecture 
Mastery of Golang 
Proven experience scaling backend systems in a startup or fast-moving environment 
Experience with production recommendation systems or machine learning model deployment/integration
