Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership

Lead the architecture design and technical decision-making for intelligent conversational robot systems and AI SaaS platforms.

Own the technical roadmap: evaluate trade-offs, drive technology selection, and ensure the system is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

Design and implement core backend services using Golang and Python, covering high-concurrency scenarios, distributed systems, and API architecture.

Drive innovation projects based on LLM / large language models, exploring new product capabilities and engineering approaches.

Establish and enforce engineering best practices: code review standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, monitoring and alerting.
