Senior Barista

Location: Ghayati, Ruwais at Burro dolcey in Ruwais, AZ, AE.

Responsibilities

• Head barista team for multiple outlets
• Calibrate equipment, create latte art and demonstrate bean knowledge
• Select beans with perfect condition and optimal pricing
• Inventory management and new menu creation
• Costing and purchase order (PO) knowledge
• Clean and maintain the standards of a premium specialty coffee café
• Operate coffee machines and prepare seasonal mocktail menu items
• Upgrade beans based on recipe requirements and propose innovative ideas

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of barista experience
• Own visa accepted
• Accommodation available

• Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
