Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa is seeking a dedicated Bartender/Sommelier to join our team. The role requires a strong focus on guest service, wine expertise, and meticulous bar operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Guest & Wine Service
- Answer guest questions regarding wine origin, vintage, and style.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes using accurate measuring systems.
- Issue, open, and serve wine or champagne bottles.
- Communicate last call and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Bar Operations
- Perform bottle‑for‑bottle liquor restock and manage inventory of all supplies.
- Requisition supplies and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Secure all liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
