Senior Behavioural Scientist (6 Month Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Work with business units to define target behaviours
• Scope advisory projects and develop work plans
• Conduct literature reviews to contextualise target behaviours and proposed behavioural interventions
• Guide data exploration to contextualise and quantify target behaviours
• Undertake qualitative research to effectively diagnose the context and psychological barriers to target behaviour
• Effectively package and communicate the findings of primary and secondary research to business units
• Design and propose behavioural interventions
• Support business units to test behavioural interventions (RCTs or A/B tests)
