**Job Overview:**

The **Senior Benefits Analyst** will be responsible for strategy and administration of US Health & Welfare programs. Responsibilities will also include limited focus on retirement and international support. This position requires a high degree of analytical skills, organization, and collaboration. The Senior Benefit Analyst will partner with stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners, Labor Relations, Legal, Retirement, HR Operations, Union leaders, vendor partners and other teams as necessary.

**_This position is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday._**
