AECOMs Urbanism Planning studio is currently seeking a Senior Proposals Specialist to join our Landscape Architecture team. The Senior Proposals Specialist will be involved in bids plans technical reviews and quality management supports in proactively identifying new business development opportunities and is actively involved in the development of proposals.

Responsibilities

• May be required to supervise and mentor bid management staff within the project team or location.
• Assists in the development of proposals and participate in presentations to potential clients.
• Has bid development and/or technical proposal writing experience, may require hands‑on cost proposal development.
• Supports the relevant Leads on all proposal activities.
• Maintains a list of all active projects and provides weekly reports to the bids and proposal unit.
