The Biodiversity Team within Worldwide Environment is looking for a Senior Biodiversity Specialist with a deep passion for biodiversity and nature conservation. This role will apply knowledge of real estate development processes and biodiversity risks and opportunities to help global businesses assess and reduce biodiversity impacts across new construction and existing assets. You will design, implement, and manage interventions aligned to the internationally recognized mitigation hierarchy — avoid, minimize, restore, and compensate. You will develop and refine remote sensing tools for site surveys, create and apply mitigation guidance, manage compensation frameworks, and support the advancement of monitoring and validation technology and initiatives.
