  • Lead global crisis response for critical material shortages, with focus on European and global suppliers

  • Act as top escalation authority, defining priorities, countermeasures, and resource allocation

  • Manage complex supplier and customer escalations across multiple commodity groups (metals, polymers, E/E, raw materials)

  • Drive end-to-end bottleneck and supply constraint management to prevent production or customer downtime

  • Coordinate international cross-functional stakeholders during major supply disruptions

  • Apply global standards in supply risk management, including supplier relocation and insolvency cases

  • Oversee responses to transport disruptions, ensuring aligned global supply and demand decisions

  • Prepare executive-level reports, scenario analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership
