Edge Consultants is seeking a Senior Building Performance Consultant with specialized expertise in sustainable design, energy efficiency, and building energy simulation to support our growing Toronto building performance team. This role is ideal for an experienced energy and sustainability consultant with a strong background in high-performance buildings, decarbonization strategies, and complex institutional projects across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario market.

The ideal candidate will have direct Canadian experience, with strong exposure to healthcare, public sector, higher education, and commercial projects within Ontario. A solid understanding of Toronto and Ontario energy and sustainability frameworks is essential, including familiarity with the Ontario Building Code (OBC), Toronto Green Standard (TGS), Zero Carbon and Greenhouse gas reduction strategies, utility incentive programs, and institutional energy performance requirements.
