Your new role

Deliver a wide range of building surveying services, with a focus on fire safety andpliance

Undertake fire risk assessments, EWS1 assessments, and FRAEW-type services (desirable)

Provide technical advice on fire remediation and cladding projects

Manage and deliver projects from inception through topletion

Prepare specifications, reports, and tender documentation

Support junior team members and contribute to team development

Work collaboratively with other disciplines within the consultancy
