Our client is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to be based in Warrington.

The role requires someone with excellent AutoCAD and design skills and would also suit someone from an Architects background..

The contract is ongoing and will likely last 2 years.

Pay is £45 per hour - 37hrs per week
