Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to support organizational and technology objectives. This role will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, documenting system functionality, supporting software development activities, and ensuring that application documentation and user materials remain accurate and current.
The position will work closely with IT developers, analysts, project teams, and Contract Management Support (CMS) staff to create and maintain user guides, instructional documentation, visual aids, and other reference materials for internal applications.
