This role supports the implementation, sustainment, and ongoing suitability of Core HR technology capabilities, ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Core HR Product Owner, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy while remaining aligned to the product vision, roadmap, and platform standards.
