Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow

Salary: 43,000 AED per month

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to Lead requirements capture, process documentation and stakeholder validation activities across a ServiceNow ITSM transformation programme. This role contributes to workshop delivery, user story documentation and UAT support across the programme lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, validation and documentation across ITSM, ITAM, HRSD and integration workstreams
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define and confirm process flows, approval matrices and service lifecycle requirements
