About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Principal Business Performance Analyst with a focus on Personalization Analytics and Digital Marketing Analytics to join our Marketing Technology team. As a key member of the team, you’ll: Analyze user-centric personalization experiences to evaluate their impact on key performance metrics. Extract actionable insights from content search indexes and behavioral event data layers. Deliver insights from affiliate partnerships that drive incremental conversion growth. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment spanning iOS, Android, Mobile Web, Desktop, and OTT platforms , and will have access to Claude AI as a daily productivity partner to accelerate analysis, documentation, and insight generation.
