            Job Description

Conduct discovery sessions with report owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand existing manual reporting processes.
Analyze and document end-to-end business processes, including undocumented workflows.
Capture business rules, calculations, exceptions, inputs, outputs, and process dependencies.
Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional requirements for development teams.
Create, maintain, and update business process documentation and requirements for each automation initiative.
Collaborate with developers by answering business-related questions and coordinating follow-up discussions with SMEs.
Define expected outputs and acceptance criteria to support solution validation.
Support report reviews, business validation, testing, and SME sign-off activities.
Monitor discovery progress and provide light project coordination support when needed.
