Duda & Sons, Inc. has an opening for a salaried paid  Senior Business Analyst  at the corporate office in Oviedo, FL. In this position, you will pro vide business analysis expertise in a D365F&SCM (Finance and supply chain management) to evaluate and re-engineered business processes and provide best practice solutions.

This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and change management experience.

The ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams at all levels and departments is also required.   Gather and document business requirements and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions that cannot be achieved through system configuration or business process changes.

Partner with other business analysts to provide support and training in the ERP and related applications .

Resolve escalated support requests by providing solution options and follow-up.
