Regulators globally have an increasing expectation that firms have adequate systems and controls in place to mitigate against Record Keeping & Market Abuse Risk such as Insider Dealing, Market Manipulation and Dissemination. Communication Surveillance and Mobile Capture capabilities are at the forefront of internal and external regulatory enquiries. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support Communication Surveillance Tech Programme.

The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in analysing business objectives, defining requirements, and translating them into clear, actionable deliverables for multidisciplinary technology and business teams.

Partnering with stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and compliance, the role ensures that system and process changes are well-defined, strategically aligned, and implemented effectively.
