Senior Business Analyst – Real‑time Transit Information System (RTIS) Project (RFC‑2026‑025)

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to deliver a real‑time transit information system (RTIS) project. Initially 12‑month contract with chances of extension. 2 days/week onsite in New West.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis and process improvement experience
• Previous experience in IT software delivery and/or technical projects
• Experience in public sector organizations
• Ability to analyze data to inform decisions about the implementation. This includes understanding how to use data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with SharePoint

Nice to Have

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
