We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR transformation , SuccessFactors , and process re‑engineering . This role requires a high‑calibre professional who can operate at a strategic level, engage senior stakeholders, and drive the design and implementation of optimised HR processes across both on‑premise and cloud environments .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across HR transformation initiatives
• Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of AS-IS processes
