What You’ll Do
- ROI models. Build ROI models and business cases for customer rollouts
- Data analysis. Analyze large operational datasets to identify trends, patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities
- Impact reports. Create customer‑facing impact reports that explain the value Listo is delivering
- Before vs. after. Compare pre‑rollout and post‑rollout performance wherever data is available
- Metrics design. Define the right metrics: customer success, operational efficiency, staff performance, response times, task completion, and adoption
- Cross‑functional. Partner with Product and Engineering to improve tracking, dashboards, and reporting
- Internal tools. ...
