Description

We're looking for a strategic Senior Business Analyst to lead business transformation and drive innovation across our national Door-to-Door and Call Centre teams. You'll lead pilot programs, harness AI tools to deliver data-driven insights, and guide cross-functional teams through digital initiatives—all while gaining exposure to cutting-edge generative AI platforms like TELUS FueliX.

Pilot Program & Strategic Leadership

• Lead evaluation and analysis of compensation, Living Out Allowance, and SPIFF programs
• Design pilot frameworks, define success metrics, and establish KPIs
• Present business cases and scaling recommendations to executive leadership

AI & Technology Integration

• Leverage generative AI platforms (TELUS FueliX and others) to enhance analysis and uncover insights
• Mentor teams on AI tool adoption and best practices
