Senior Business Analyst – Contract role

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to work on a large programme of work. This will be a technical focused role based in Wellington until June 2027.

Key Deliverables

• Business and technical requirements – clearly documented functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Current‑state and future‑state process maps – showing how processes work now and how they should work after change.
• User stories and acceptance criteria – written clearly so delivery teams can build and test against them.
• Data and integration requirements – including data flows, source/target systems, APIs, interfaces, and reporting needs.
• System impact assessment – identifying affected applications, processes, users, roles, and dependencies.
• Gap analysis – comparing current capability with required future capability.
• Work with Architecture on solution options ...
