Experience:
Certified BA with over 8 years:

Retail experience
Supply Chain/DC experience
Agile/Waterfall experience
Key tasks (not limited to):
Plan/Strategise approach to BA work
Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders
Elicit and document requirements (e.g. BRD)
Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
Manage UAT
