Job Description

Experience:

• Certified BA with over 8 years
• Retail experience
• Supply Chain/DC experience
• Agile/Waterfall experience

Key tasks (not limited to):

• Plan/Strategise approach to BA work
• Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders
• Elicit and document requirements (e.g. BRD)
• Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
• Manage UAT
