Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be at the heart of our development strategy. More than just a sales position, this is a key role with a direct impact on the company’s growth—and the potential to become a partner in the firm. You are both a strategist and an operational leader, capable of building and executing an ambitious sales strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the sales strategy for the insurance sector
• Identify, qualify, and engage the right stakeholders (insurance companies, mutuals, brokers, etc.)
• Build and develop a structured sales pipeline (from prospecting to closing)
• Manage complex sales cycles in a B2B environment
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop relevant solutions
