A rapidly growing global fintech and payments business is looking to appoint a Senior Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across the UK market.

This is a senior commercial role focused on winning and developing high-value partnerships across financial institutions, fintechs, platforms and enterprise clients. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, lead complex negotiations and play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy and regional growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and executing UK business development strategy

• Building and managing a high-value enterprise pipeline

• Leading complex commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders and C-level executives

• Driving partnerships across payments, FX and embedded finance solutions
