Ready to own a high-impact pipeline and convert complex opportunities into wins? As our Senior Business Development Manager in the Growth Team, you’ll drive profitable growth across Defence, Emergency Services, Mining & Utilities and Space, from early shaping through to contract award.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Growth ANZ and collaborate across capability, engineering, bid and proposal teams to build relationships at senior levels, sharpen win strategies, and deliver disciplined, governance-led pursuits.
