About the Role

The Senior Business Development Manager drives overall agency growth for Sorta Famous winning new business across PR, social media, and integrated marketing mandates. This role owns the full new-business lifecycle: identifying prospects, leading pitches and RFP responses, negotiating retainers, and expanding into new client verticals. This role is focused on winning new agency clients and retainer business at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end new business pipeline: prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into signed retainers or project-based clients
