Responsibilities

• Own IGBS KPI dashboards and be the primary source of expertise in IGBS for KPIs and dashboard building.
• Teach the rest of the organization how to develop great KPIs and how to get value from them.
• Build and maintain all IGBS KPI dashboards in Power BI.
• Take a strong interest in the best way to present KPIs, designing and visualizing the data to help users understand trends and insights.
• Manage user access to dashboards and data sources.
• Work with functions, business transformation colleagues, and IT to identify and source data.
• Own the IGBS approach to process modeling and develop strong expertise in process modeling, acting as a teacher and role model for the whole IGBS organization.
• Innovate process capabilities and maintain the service onboarding methodology.
