Job Purpose

To diagnose, repair and maintain Toyota and other vehicles using diagnostic equipment. To work in an automotive service garage servicing and maintaining air‑conditioning components and systems in Toyota and other vehicles. Diagnose, adjust, repair or overhaul cooling units and perform tests and inspections to ensure the vehicle’s cooling system is operating correctly.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate should possess a thorough knowledge of Toyota automobiles and their electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and air conditioning systems.
• They should have experience in performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing vehicles and be able to diagnose and repair any mechanical problem a Toyota vehicle may have.
• They should have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate directly with customers to provide clear explanations of repairs needed on the vehicle.
