Responsibilities

• Plan and implement caring activities that give residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence.
• Build relationships with residents and their families, helping to deliver truly personalised care plans.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and positively influencing team performance.
• Provide hands‑on support, such as demonstrating the use of walking frames, assisting residents at the end of life with meals, and communicating with family members.
