Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Mousehold View Care Home in Norwich, you will be responsible for supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your focus will be on monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person‑centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
