This role is for the second type.

We're supporting a growing charity that helps people with criminal convictions rebuild their lives through meaningful support, practical pathways and long-term reintegration.

They are now looking for an experienced Senior Caseworker to help lead the service while managing complex cases directly.

This is not a move people through the system type of role.

It's hands-on, emotionally demanding and incredibly rewarding work with people who often arrive carrying years of trauma, instability and barriers that most never see.

You'll need resilience. Strong boundaries. Proper casework experience. And the ability to build trust with people who may not trust many others.
