The Senior Change Manager is a strategic leader responsible for designing and driving enterprise-level change strategies across complex digital, physical, cultural, or operational transformations at UNSW. The role ensures successful adoption and sustainment of new ways of working by aligning change approaches with university strategic priorities and managing organisational readiness.
