Senior Channel Sales Supervisor (BMS)

We are currently seeking a Senior Channel Sales Supervisor to join our Building Automation team in our Malaysia office within the BMS products group (BCS division). The appointee will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing project segment and channel driven activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage appointed channel partners to drive towards the Annual Operating Plan. Key deliverables in Sales revenue.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
• Drive demand creation activities, and collaborate with various stakeholders (ie. Developers, end users, consultants, interior designers and electrical contractors) to specify and ensure the adoption and supply of Honeywell brand into projects, encompassing various BMS solutions.
