The fast paced environment and dynamic kitchen, run by the renowned Executive Chef Tim Daly, with an innovative and creative with a professional team of chefs. Requirements:

• Chef Qualification
• 2-4 years previous experience in a similar background and role
• HACCP Knowledge and Training
• Certification from a recognised body
• Basic Computers and Fluent English
• Ability to work across all services breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Flexibility to work across all disciplines within the Kitchen
• Preparation for all services
