Senior Chef de Partie – Pastry is responsible for supporting the Pastry Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, chocolates, and plated desserts in accordance with Four Seasons standards. This role oversees a designated pastry section, maintains exceptional product quality and food safety standards, mentors junior team members, and contributes to creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
