Senior Cisco Voice/Telephony Engineer
Must be available to start a new role in 4 weeks.

Experience needed
The candidate must have performed Cisco contact‑centre UCCX rollouts and contact‑centre support previously, in order to be able to have the knowledge and experience to liaise consultatively with the business and their IP call centre telephony provider (BT) to provide the most appropriate solution.
Day‑to‑day activities
Working with BT Ireland on call‑centre solution architectures, and providing the authoritative first point of contact for the business for support and consultation.
