S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY seeks a seasoned Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil infrastructure initiatives in the UAE. You will coordinate site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and monitor budgets and schedules to deliver projects on time and within cost targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 20–25 years of progressive PM experience, and PMP certification or equivalent. Gulf/ADNOC exposure is highly preferred.
