Leading Edge in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Civil Sr. Planning Engineer to lead planning activities for high-rise building projects. You will develop and manage schedules using Primavera P6, prepare baseline and recovery programs, and analyze delays to support EOT claims.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in construction planning, strong Primavera P6 skills, and solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, with UAE/GCC experience preferred.
