Job Responsibilities

• Process new marine claims in accordance with Claims Best Practice/SOP and Letter of Authority.
• Issue acknowledgement to insured, intermediaries, and marketers.
• Appoint marine surveyors and adjusters as needed.
• Ensure prompt and accurate claim registration within 5 working days.
• Ensure claims file creation in Workview.
• Create reserves in PolisyAsia and Meridian.
• File all correspondence and documents.
• Follow up for initial reports from marine surveyor, adjuster, or expert.
• Manage CABFAC/CABCO recoveries for outward placements.
• Ensure timely issuance of PLAs, RLAs, and SLAs to all following insurers and treaty reinsurers.
• Monitor the progress of claims.
• Follow up with marine surveyors, adjusters, and experts for claim status and reserve updates.
• Follow up for preliminary, status, and final reports.
