We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Management team at Marsh as Senior Client Advisor - Personal Lines . This role will be based in Toronto and requires hybrid work – at least three days a week in the office. This is a replacement position.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and inquiries across multiple channels in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring timely and accurate completion in accordance with carrier guidelines.
• Analyze, counsel, and recommend coverages; identify and fill coverage gaps and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide quotations and market proposals based on thorough discovery and needs analysis; prepare and submit applications following carrier timelines.
• Engage proactively in annual renewal reviews to maintain clients’ coverage and pricing in line with evolving needs.
