The Senior Client Manager role at Design Bridge and Partners involves supporting the Client Director in managing strategy and design projects, focusing on nurturing and maintaining excellent client relationships at the brand manager level.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business, brands, and markets. Question briefs, seek out additional information and understand requirements independently.
• Pro‑active client servicing – anticipating client needs and planning ahead to ensure they are met.
• Brand/Project management – support the client director in managing projects day to day, adding energy and initiative to inspire the team and ensure the most effective and efficient way of working.
