Role Overview

Senior Client Manager – Sports & Entertainment (Formula 1) reporting to the Client Director (London) and based in Dubai. This role leads the management of client business, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly, overseeing project delivery and driving collaboration with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Client servicing and account management: maintain CEMEA client relationships, own client connections, understand client business and competitors, support marketing goals, and ensure full accounting of account fees and activation budgets.
• Project management: direct the client team on retained work and projects, including race day planning, branding, merchandise, events, social media, ambassador, PR, on‑ground activations, gaming assets, and Visa client deliverables. Own overall project timelines, deliverables and quality.
