Senior Client Services and Billing Specialist

My client is a large national organisation with customers the length and breadth of New Zealand, as part of growth strategy and continuing their focus on customer service delivery they are looking for an energetic, dynamic Senior Customer Service specialist to support the customer billing function through working with team members, acting as an escalation point with clients, mentoring and coaching individuals whilst being a passionate problem solver.
