Position Overview

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a BPO setup
  • 2 years or more SME, Assistant Coach, or assistant Team Lead experience is PLUS
  • Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
  • Preferably with a background in Customer Service
  • Knowledge/skills/experience with pulling and presenting reports
  • Appointment setting experience is a plus
  • Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
  • Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
  • Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise‑canceling headset, and dual monitor
  • A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
  • Back‑up power and internet is required
