A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a BPO setup
2 years or more SME, Assistant Coach, or assistant Team Lead experience is PLUS
Excellent English communication and multitasking skills
Preferably with a background in Customer Service
Knowledge/skills/experience with pulling and presenting reports
Appointment setting experience is a plus
Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise‑canceling headset, and dual monitor
A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
Back‑up power and internet is required
