Manage the daily operations of College of Dentistry's Department of Continuing Dental Education and the Apa Suite to ensure an efficient, patient-centered environment that supports high-quality clinical education and patient care. Coordinate patient scheduling and clinical workflows to maximize chair utilization and provider productivity. Oversee patient registration, electronic health record documentation, billing processes, and fee collection to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support the presentation and coordination of comprehensive treatment plans, financial arrangements, and patient acceptance of recommended care. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance with institutional, regulatory, infection control, and Article 28 requirements.
